Award-winning journalists Dave Hage and Josephine Marcotty will visit the Fargo Public Library to share their nonfiction title, Sea of Grass: The Conquest, Ruin, and Redemption of Nature on the American Prairie, on Thursday, June 12, at 6 p.m. at the downtown Main Library.
The book is an exploration of one of Earth’s most endangered and extraordinary ecosystems – the North American prairie. The authors will discuss the serious consequences of a vanishing prairie and also suggest potential solutions that could reverse the prairies’ decline. All ages are welcome and no registration is required. Books will be available for purchase at the event from More Than Words bookstore.
