Elm Street North will reopen to traffic between 13th Avenue North and 15th Avenue North at 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 25.
This section of roadway was closed on Thursday, May 22, due to the high level of the Red River. The river water has since receded, and the road has been cleared of all hazards.
