The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Raymond Warren Rushton, registered at 1310 11th St. N. in Fargo. Rushton was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Rushton and his offense:

In 2008, Rushton was convicted of three counts of Gross Sexual Imposition in Cass County District Court in North Dakota. The victims were a 9-year-old female and a 12-year-old male.
Rushton is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
