The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Bradley James Buller, registered as homeless in Fargo. Buller was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Buller and his offense:

Fargo, North Dakota
Buller was convicted of one count of Stalking in 2009, and again in 2011, in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota.
Buller is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
