Signing of the Project Partnership Agreement Amendment for the FM Area Diversion project will mark another achievement in the history-making FM Area Diversion project, highlighting the partnership of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, City of Fargo, City of Moorhead and the Metro Flood Diversion Authority (MFDA). The signing of this PPA Amendment is significant in that it initiates the advance payment of $100 million from the Federal Government to the MFDA.
