Come decorate a cupcake and vote on your favorites! Cupcakes, frosting, candy, sprinkles, and other supplies will be provided- just bring your creativity! This program is for teens aged 11 - 18. Registration is required and opens July 18.
This event is part of the "Adventure Begins at Your Library" Summer Reading Challenge sponsored, in part, by the Friends of the Fargo Public Library.
