The City of Fargo Police Chief Selection Committee will meet Wednesday, August 6 at 1:30 p.m. CDT in the City Commission Room, 225 4th Street N, Fargo, North Dakota.
Notice of Executive Session
The City of Fargo Police Chief Selection Committee will move into executive session to discuss Confidential Applications for Public Employment with individual candidates selected for interview identified by the selection committee for the Fargo Police Chief. The executive session shall be limited to members of the selection committee, Human Resources and City Administration staff, City of Fargo legal counsel and the individual candidate invited to interview with the selection committee.
The legal authority for closing this portion of the meeting is North Dakota Century Code sections 44-04-18.27 and 44-04-19.2.
