Overnight Parking

Streets within the Central Business District have overnight parking restrictions throughout the year. Vehicles or trailers parked in violation of overnight parking restrictions may be ticketed or impounded by the police department.

"Central Business District" shall mean all streets and portions of streets within the area described as follows:
All that area bounded by 2nd St. N. to 4th St. S., 4th St. S. to 6th Ave. S., 6th Ave. S. to 7th St. S., 7th St. S. to 2nd Ave. S., 2nd Ave. S. to South University Dr., South University Dr. to 7th Ave. N., 7th Ave. N. to Broadway N., Broadway N. to 9th Ave. N., 9th Ave. N. to 4th St. N., 4th St. N. to 7th Ave. N., 7th Ave. N. to 2nd St. N.

East - West Avenues restrict on-street parking between the hours of 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

North - South Streets restrict on-street parking between the hours of 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.

"After-hours" FREE parking is available in city-owned surface lots between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. with exception of special events.
