The North Dakota Department of Transportation, SRF Consulting Group, Inc. and the City of Fargo Engineering Department are hosting a public input meeting for the 2019 Main Avenue Reconstruction Project on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. The meeting will be held in the City Commission Room at Fargo City Hall, 200 3rd St. N. There will be a formal presentation at 4 p.m. followed by an open house until 6 p.m. NDDOT, City of Fargo and SRF Consulting will have staff on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions relating to the project.

WHEN: Tuesday, May 8, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

WHERE: City Commission Room at Fargo City Hall, 200 3rd Street North, Fargo, ND

Why Should I Attend? Representatives from the NDDOT, City of Fargo, and SRF Consulting will have staff on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions relating to the project. This meeting also provides an opportunity for the public to offer input regarding the design alternatives being considered for this project.

What is the meeting format? There will be a formal presentation at 4:00 p.m. followed by an open house until 6:00 p.m.

If I can't attend the meeting, how can I offer my input and stay informed on project updates? Written statements or comments concerning this project can be mailed to Jacob Nordick, PE, 1 North Second Street, Suite 226, Fargo, ND 58102 or emailed, with “Public Input Meeting” in the email subject heading. Comments will be accepted until Wednesday, May 23, 2018.
