Elm Street North to Close on Friday, August 16, for Utility Work

Beginning Friday, August 16, Elm Street North between 21st Avenue North and 24th Avenue North will close for crews to complete private utility line replacements. The contractor anticipates this closure will last two weeks. Upon completion of this stretch, the contractor plans on moving north on Elm Street between 24th Avenue North and 28th Avenue North. That work is scheduled to be completed by mid-September.
