Permits for Games of Chance
(Raffle, Benefits)
Only pre-qualified, public-spirited organizations or groups holding a benefit for persons of a hardship may apply for gaming in Fargo. If qualified to apply for a Game of Chance, such as a raffle or BINGO, fill out the application for Local Gaming Permit below. Applications are accepted at the Auditor's office, City Hall 225 4 St N along with a $25 fee.
