June 11, 2024 Election Information

The City of Fargo Election will be held in conjunction with the Cass County Primary on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

The City of Fargo and The Fargo Park District hereby certify the following candidates for Municpal Judge, City Commission (four year term, two positions) and Park Board Commission (four year term, two positions) and their respective ballot position as follows:

Municipal Judge

To participate in a City of Fargo election, you must be a city resident for at least 30 days prior to the election. You must also be at least 18 years old, a North Dakota resident and a citizen of the United States.

You can either collect 300 signatures on a nomination petition or pay a $100 filing fee.

There is no formal voter registration process in North Dakota. To vote, simply go to your designated precinct and present an accepted form of identification.
