Meeting Commenced at 8:30 AM

Reviewed New Project:

BN-25-B Paving & Utility Rehab/Reconstruction – 9th & 10th Av S, 6th & 7th St S

Doug Durgin updated the Special Assessment Commissioners on changes to the infrastructure funding policy and informed them that the 2025 Capital Improvement Plan was approved by the City Commission.

A discussion was held on the infrastructure benefits. There was also discussion about potentially changing the time and day of future Special Assessment Commission monthly meetings.
