How to Purchase a DVD Copy of a Meeting

DVD copies of recorded City of Fargo meetings are available for a $25 fee, per copy. The fee is due upon submission of the DVD Request Form and must be paid by check or money order, payable to the City of Fargo. A DVD Request Form must be completed for each meeting date requested.

DVD requests will be completed and ready for pickup within 5 business days of the date the request is received. We will notify you via e-mail or telephone when the DVD is ready. DVDs will not be delivered or sent via postal mail. Please double check the meeting name and date to ensure you are requesting the correct one.

How Long are Meetings Saved?

Generally, meetings are only available for one month after the last meeting date. However, City Commission, Planning Commission and Comprehensive Plan meetings are archived for up to two years.

Meetings that can be Downloaded for Free

Some City of Fargo meetings can be viewed and downloaded at no charge on the city website, www.FargoND.gov/city-government/boards-commissions. These meetings include the City Commission, Planning Commission and Comprehensive plan meetings. Please check the website before ordering a DVD copy.
