P3 EDUCATION SESSIONS
Executive Director Joel Paulsen said the topics presented today were intended to be presented at regular meetings earlier this year, but the impacts of the coronavirus infection and other important action items have reduced the available meeting time to do so.
Mr. Paulsen said the educational sessions include important information for the board to understand the Public Private Partnership (P3) and its relationship to the project. The purpose of each session is to present an individual P3 concept, allow questions, and ensure that all board members understand and know what to expect as the process moves forward.
Kim Dailey and Andrew Dobson of Jacobs presented the educational sessions, which included sessions on Performance Specifications, Quality Protocol, and Oversight and Monitoring.
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2020.
