Economic Development Incentives Committee Members
The Economic Development Incentives Committee reviews and recommends action on policy and applications for property tax incentives. The incentive programs the committee is responsible for are the New and Expanding Industry Exemption/Payment In Lieu of Tax (PILOT), New Residence Exemption, and Remodeling Exemption.
The City of Fargo Tax Exempt Review Committee Policy & Guidelines contains the evaluation objectives and criteria used by the Economic Development Incentives Committee in reviewing individual incentive requests.
