Clay Dietrich called the meeting to order at 9:30am.

Kevin Bartram made a motion to approve the minutes from March 5, 2026, seconded by Mark Lundberg. No one was in opposition and the motion was declared carried.

New Business
a. Amend Table R301.2 – Ground Snow Load

Shawn presented information regarding the previously adopted change to the snow load. After some further review, it was suggested the table be altered to reflect proper numbers to adhere to code provisions. There was some discussion.

Nathan Dahl, with Northland Truss, shared some data about snow load in relation to their business, noting the difference between ultimate snow load and service snow load calculations. There was some additional discussion.

Kevin Bartram made a motion to adopt table R301.2 as presented, seconded by Brian Berg. No one was in opposition and the motion was declared carried.

a. Board Member Terms
Shawn noted that Clay Dietrich’s term expires in June, and Clay has agreed to serve another term on the board.
He also shared that Brian Berg’s term will conclude in June. Brian has chosen not to return, but recommend Tony Wolf, also with Zerr Berg Architects, who has accepted and turned in his application.

Clay Dietrich made a motion to approve the new board members, seconded by Kevin Bartram. No one was in opposition and the motion was declared carried.

Clay Dietrich called for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Kevin Bartram motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Brian Berg. No one was in opposition and the motion was declared carried.
