Others Present: Chris Rose (Assistant Director, Inspections), Lynne Olson (Rental Inspector, Inspections) Ryan Erickson (Fire Marshal), Alissa Farol Czapiewski (Assistant City Attorney), Michelle Lemar

Clay Dietrich called the meeting to order at 9:30am.

Mark Lundberg made a motion to approve the minutes from February 5, 2025, seconded by Brian Berg. No one was in opposition and the motion was declared carried.

Unfinished Business
a) Appeal: Chad Neff/Storage Kings for 4108 44 St N – withdrawn

b) Repealing Section 405 – Home Day Care Occupancy from the IPMC

The board requested an overview of the recommendation for members who were absent at the previous meeting, and Chris Rose provided the update.

Brian Berg made motion to repeal Section 405 – Home Day Care Occupancy from the IPMC, seconded by Kevin Bartram. No one was in opposition and the motion was declared carried.

New Business

Announcements
Chris Rose reported that the Inspections Department has hired a new Commercial Plan Reviewer, Chris Van Hal.

Clay Dietrich called for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Kevin Bartram motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mark Lundberg. No one was in opposition and the motion was declared carried.

Meeting adjourned at 9:34 am.
