Community members are invited to attend an open house to review the proposed 32nd Avenue North Addition at 135 32nd Ave. N.E. The proposed project includes a subdivision plat, zone change, and Growth Plan amendment for a single-family residential development.
The open house will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, in the Meadowlark Room on the second floor of Fargo City Hall, 225 4th St. N. City of Fargo Planning Department staff and a representative of EagleRidge Development will be available to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
This meeting is to allow residents and property owners in the area an opportunity for preliminary review of this project, including the proposed Growth Plan amendment. Residents are welcome to provide input during the open house, or contact the case planner, Donald Kress, at DKress@FargoND.gov or 701.241.1474.
A quorum of the Fargo Planning Commission and City Commission may occur at the open house.
