Fargo Municipal Court Temporarily Relocating to Civic Center Starting Monday, August 31

Court operations will continue as normal while City officials work to identify a permanent location

Fargo Municipal Court will temporarily relocate to the second floor of the Fargo Civic Center, 207 4th St. N., beginning Monday, August 31. The temporary relocation is necessary due to structural concerns identified in the parking garage beneath the current Municipal Court building at 402 NP Ave.

Court operations will continue as normal at the temporary location. Individuals with scheduled court appearances should appear as scheduled unless they are contacted by the Court. Court services, including hearings, payments and records services, will continue to be available at the new location.

What visitors need to know
New location: Second floor of the Fargo Civic Center, 207 4th St. N.
Effective date: Monday, August 31
Parking: Visitors can park in the lot directly east of the Civic Center, adjacent to City Hall.
Entrance: Visitors should enter through the door on the southeast corner of the Civic Center.
Court appearances: Scheduled court appearances will proceed as planned unless individuals are contacted by the Court.
