UPDATE:
Ninth Avenue South is now open to traffic between 38th Street South and 40th Street South. Westbound traffic will continue to be shifted to the center lane until the end of the day Monday, August 24.
ORIGINAL RELEASE:
Beginning Monday, August 17, 9th Avenue South will be closed to traffic between 38th Street South and 40th Street South.
Westbound traffic will be detoured to 13th Avenue South via 38th Street South. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to 2nd Avenue South via 40th Street South.
The road closure will allow for water infrastructure repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Monday, August 24.
