A total of 4,971 votes were cast across the department’s Facebook and Instagram platforms, highlighting the community’s enthusiasm in supporting Fargo’s student artists. The results were extremely close in both divisions, reflecting the great work and creativity of the student artists.

High School Division Winner: Kaj Naujokas (Grade 11)
• Kaj from Davies High School received 2,158 votes
• Neila from Fargo South High School received 1,924 votes

Middle School Division Winner: Lourdes “Lulu” Bad Bear (Grade 6)

• Vaughn from Carl Ben Eielson Middle School received 443 votes.

Launched earlier this year, this contest invited middle and high school students to design custom squad car wraps for Fargo Police School Resource Officers.

The two winning designs will be professionally produced and applied to SRO squad vehicles for each winning school in the 2026–2027 school year. The wraps will be unveiled at a later date. Photos of each winning student alongside their designs are included with this release.

This project is fully funded by the Fargo Police Foundation, with no taxpayer dollars used.

The Fargo Police Department congratulates our student winners and thanks all participating students, families and community members who took part in the voting process, celebrating the creativity and talent within Fargo Public Schools.
