First-time homebuyers in Fargo are eligible to receive Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance (DCA) from the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA). Through the DCA program, NDHFA provides low-income buyers with affordable mortgage loans that include down payment and closing cost assistance.
