Strategic Plan Update July 2018:
The Fargo Public Library is extremely excited to implement our new three year strategic plan. For the balance of 2018, we will be focusing on both internal and external goals. Internally, we have worked to improve customer service by increasing staffing levels for both the Main and Northport Libraries. We are also in the process of developing supervisor training and evaluating internal communications to improve service.

In addition, we are focusing on our direct service to the community. We are developing a comprehensive calendar list of community events to ensure our presence in the community. The strategic plan identified the need for the reduction in barriers to library services. To reduce barriers we have eliminated late fees on all children’s items.

We look forward to providing updates as we implement our strategic plan and meet the needs of our dynamic community.
