The City of Fargo Engineering Department oversees the administration, design, construction, inspection, and replacement of the City's infrastructure, including large-scale transportation, utility, and flood control projects. Under the leadership of Mark Bittner (Director of Engineering) and April Walker (City Engineer), the Department coordinates upwards of $150 million of construction activity per year.
