Step 5: Re-Submittal Technical Review

This step consists of an additional review of the project documents to ensure all shortfalls identified in the initial review have been corrected. This review is again conducted by the staff members of The City of Fargo Inspections, Planning and Development, Engineering, Fire and Fargo Cass Public Health Departments. This step can occur as many times as necessary to ensure all requirements are complied with. It is the responsibility of the designer(s) and contractors(s) to reduce the number of times this step is needed. Staff will determine if an additional plan review charge will be required.

Who: The City of Fargo Inspections, Planning and Development, Engineering, Fire and Fargo Cass Public Health Department’s staff members

What: Conduct a technical review of the project plans to ensure all initially identified shortfalls have been corrected.

When: Regular office hours, Monday through Friday

Where: Various City of Fargo Departments

Why: To ensure project compliance with City requirements
