The Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) is a program in partnership with Gate City Bank. It is designed to improve neighborhood quality of life and encourage investment in Fargo's existing housing stock. The City of Fargo partners with Gate City Bank to offer low-interest loans for a limited time.

The deadline to apply for the 2024 NRI Program was October 31, 2024 (all NRI applications must have been received on or before October 31, 2024). Please contact the City of Fargo Planning and Development Department at 701.241.1474 in the Spring of 2025 to check on NRI Program funding availability.
