Elm Street North will reopen to traffic between 13th Avenue North and 15th Avenue North at 12:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024.
This section of roadway was closed on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, due to the high level of the Red River. The river water has since receded, and the road surface has been cleared of all hazards.
