On April 11, 2018 at approximately 11:35 p.m., Fargo Officers were dispatched to The Northern Gentleman’s Club, 325 10 St. N. for a report of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers learned a male, identified as Pedro Dagdag III, 47 year old of West Fargo, was asked to leave the bar. As Dagdag walked to the parking lot, staff heard a gunshot inside the entryway. Officers reviewed surveillance video and saw Dagdag fire a handgun towards the occupied building, and then leave in a pickup truck. Fargo Officers located the vehicle nearby and attempted to make a traffic stop but the vehicle fled. Fargo Officers did not pursuit, and the vehicle was shortly located and pursued by West Fargo Police Officers. The firearm used by Dagdag has not been located and believed to have been discarded at some point while he fled law enforcement. The weapon is believed to be a small caliber handgun wrapped in Dagdag’s jacket which is described as a blue or black North Face as pictured in this release. Dagdag’s path of travel is believed to have been from 25 St. N. to Main Ave. and then west towards 9 St. E. in West Fargo. If you locate this firearm, please do not touch it and call dispatch immediately at 701-451-7660.
