The Planning Commission will host their brown bag meeting on Thursday, December 13 at 11:30 a.m., in the Commission Chambers at the old Fargo City Hall, 200 3rd Street North, Fargo. The City Commission members and staff members have also been invited. Mark Piehl, Senior Archivist at the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County will present on the history of the Mid-America Steel site. A quorum is expected for the Planning Commission and may occur for City Commission, Arts and Culture Commission, Parking Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, Community Development Committee, and Renaissance Zone Authority.
Members of the general public are invited to attend this presentation. Parking will be available in the two parking lots to the south of the new City Hall, as well as the lot to the north of the Fargo Public Library.
