The library welcomes Dr. Julie Garden-Robinson from the NDSU Extension office for a presentation called “Pinching Pennies in the Kitchen.” This event will teach you how to come up with cheap and easy recipes for soups, casseroles, and stir fry using things you already have in your pantry and fridge.
