DESCRIPTION:The Board of Health will hold a special meeting on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The meeting will include a tobacco ordinance review, including flavor restrictions and licensing. The meeting will be held in the City Commission Room, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, ND 58102, and will also be streamed live online at TVFargo.com and on the City’s Facebook and YouTube accounts.

A 30-minute public comment period will be offered during the Board of Health’s February 20 special meeting. The ability to sign up to speak at the upcoming Board of Health Special Meeting will be offered beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, and all requests must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19. The online registration form to provide public comment is now closed.
