The Mayor's Message - 03.20.2023

At the Fargo Public Library, the author visit with Deb Watley has been rescheduled for April 1 at 2 p.m. at Bonanzaville where she will share what she has learned about archeology and how she researches and writes her novels; her visit is open to all ages and a book signing and tour of the main building at Bonanzaville will follow this event.

Kids, teens and families are invited to register to attend Family Trivia Night March 30 at 6 p.m. at the Main Library.

Beginner Yoga sessions for adults are scheduled Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. through March and April at the Carlson Library.

With The City of Fargo being recently named a “Great Place to Work” by FM Spotlight, The City’s Communications & Human Resources Departments have been collaborating on a multimedia campaign to recruit employees for some of the most challenging-to-recruit-for jobs in our organization. A part of this multimedia campaign are videos which will be boosted on social media, featured on LinkedIn and shared throughout the community. We are proud to showcase a short video recruiting equipment operators by sharing the story which led Shelly Brackins’ path to working with Team Fargo.
