Informational Meeting on the Downtown InFocus Master Plan to be Held on Tuesday, November 15

Updates on the status of the implementation process to be presented

11/14/2022

The consultants for the Downtown InFocus Master Plan will provide updates on the status of the Plan’s implementation on Tuesday November 15 at 12 p.m. in the Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 225 4th St. N. Members of the public are invited to attend this informational meeting.

The Downtown InFocus Master Plan launched in fall 2016 with a goal of evaluating all factors impacting Downtown Fargo. Consultants utilized existing data from The City of Fargo, U.S. Census information, third-party data, as well as a detailed parcel-by-parcel evaluation of every property in Downtown Fargo. This information was evaluated and presented to community members throughout the planning process to help set clear expectations as to the ways in which Downtown Fargo could plan for the future. The data analysis and research undertaken through this process established a baseline from which targets were set to be able to achieve objectives of the Downtown InFocus Master Plan. The full Downtown Master Plan can be viewed online.

Members of the following boards and commissions have been invited to attend this information meeting, Renaissance Zone Authority, Community Development Committee, Art and Culture Commission, Planning Commission and Fargo City Commission. As a result, quorums may be present.
