On September 4, 2021 at 11:32 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at an apartment in the 700 block of 23 St. S. The victim told officers a male was attempting to gain entry into their apartment while they were home with their infant child. The victim provided the reporting officer video surveillance footage from their smart doorbell device, and we are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the male in this photo.
