Beginning Thursday, April 8, 1st Ave. N. will be reduced to one lane in each direction between 10th and 11th St. N. Eastbound traffic will be shifted into the center of 1st Ave. N. so crews will have room to work on a building from the south side of 1st Ave. N. The closure is expected to remain in place for up to two days.
