City of Fargo Encourages Residents to Participate in 2020 Census

The 2020 Census website is now open, and the U.S. Census Bureau has attempted to send a letter to all Fargo households explaining how to respond to the Census. Fargo residents are encouraged to participate by ensuring one member of each household completes the brief, ten question survey online. The information gathered from the census impacts federal funding in the Fargo community and the state of North Dakota. Census data guides decision-making in allocation of resources for education, healthcare and infrastructure.
