The Library/City Hall parking lot located along the east side of 3rd Street North (east of the downtown Main Library) is open and has parking spots available for Fargo Public Library patrons and City Hall visitors. These spots have a 3-hour time limit in order to accommodate as many library patrons as possible each day. Five handicapped parking spots are also available in this lot.
Pedestrian access to the Main Library remains the same. Entrances are located along 3rd Street on the east, and along 4th Street on the west side of the Main Library.
