The First Avenue North Red River Bridge will reopen today at 4 pm, Thursday, April 25th. The river has receded enough that 1st Avenue North will reopen in Moorhead allowing the bridge to reopen. The 12th Avenue North Red River Bridge is scheduled to open next week.
