Fargo Cass Public Health (FCPH) is committed to a high standard of customer service. In an effort to improve services provided to the community, FCPH invites clients, guests, and visitors to take part in a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The survey takes approximately 3 minutes to complete and asks a variety of questions, including whether staff were friendly and helpful, if services were provided in a timely manner and whether respondents would recommend FCPH to a friend or colleague. Responses will be reviewed by the FCPH Management Team and may be used to assist in making improvements to service delivery.
