Motorists will be pleases to learn that the 12th Avenue/15 Avenue North Bridge will be reopening Monday, September 24, on or before noon to all vehicles and pedestrian traffic. Roadwork on Moorhead's 15th Avenue North to 28th Street is still ongoing. Drivers will experience intermittent lane closures and uneven pavement while this road is under construction. Continue to use caution while driving through the work zone.
