FARGO, N.D. (June 15, 2017) – Starting Monday, June 19, 13th Avenue South will be closed between 4th and 5th Streets South. The closure is for a new sanitary sewer line into the new Water Treatment Plant addition. The closure is expected to be in place thru Wednesday June 21.
