The Fargo Arts and Culture Commission will engage in a strategic planning session for board members on December 11 from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Robert’s Street Chapel, located at 333 Roberts Street North, Fargo. A quorum of the Fargo Arts and Culture Commission is expected to be present.
