The Bring Her Home: Stolen Daughters of Turtle Island art exhibit will be on display during regular library hours in the downtown Main Library's concourse gallery and also on the 2nd floor from Oct. 11 through Nov. 25. The curated traveling exhibit includes 20 original works from 12 visual artists from across the United States and many tribal nations. The art exhibit calls attention to the many murdered or missing indigenous women and the #MMIW (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women) awareness movement. This exhibit is sponsored by the Plains Art Museum as part of the Native American Festival and Education series of events.
