DESCRIPTION:Kids 8-12 years-old are invited to learn more about NASA’s newest Great Observatory, the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), at the Main Library on Saturday, January 15 at 2 p.m. The JWST is the largest and most technically complicated telescope ever launched. Explore some of the features of the JWST with hands-on activities and hear the latest on the progress of the mission with Matthew Craig, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at MSUM. Pre-registration is required and opens on January 1.
