Offense Background:
Pede was convicted of Criminal Attempt in Grand Forks County District Court, North Dakota on February 13, 2008. Pede grabbed his victim from behind and held her down while he removed her clothes. She was able to escape to run to the bathroom but he caught her by the hair and forced her back to the living room. He was attempting to rape her when her friend kicked in the door and got Pede off the victim. The victim was a 30-year-old female. He is a lifetime registrant.
