The Special Assessment Commission (SAC) ride and review will take place on Wednesday, August 28 at 8 am. The ride involves physically reviewing the field of projects within the district area created. Those in attendance will include the Special Assessment Commissioners and special assessment staff. The Special Assessment Commission review (discussion on the benefits of the various projects) will be held in Engineering Conference Room E250 immediately following the SAC Ride. The Special Assessment Commission Hearing will take place on Thursday, September 19 at 9 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers within Fargo City Hall (225 4th St N).
