High Risk Sex Offender Notification: 510 4 St. S.

The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Ian Chase Allery, registered his address at Prairie St. John’s, 510 4 St S, Fargo, ND. Allery has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee.

The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Ian Chase Allery, registered his address at Prairie St. John’s, 510 4 St S, Fargo, ND. Allery has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Allery and his offenses:

Offense Background:
Allery was convicted on October 24, 2000 and on May 16, 2000 in Sherburne County MN District Court for Criminal Sexual Conduct 3. He provided alcohol to and had sex with his victims who were 13 and 12 year old females. He is a lifetime registrant.
