One Arrested During Guardian Angel Operation

On October 16, 2018, The Fargo Police Department in conjunction with the North Dakota Human Trafficking Task Force, Homeland Security, North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations, and the Metro Street Crimes Unit conducted an undercover operation called Guardian Angel.

On October 16, 2018, The Fargo Police Department in conjunction with the North Dakota Human Trafficking Task Force, Homeland Security, North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations, and the Metro Street Crimes Unit conducted an undercover operation called Guardian Angel. During the operation, detectives posed as a juvenile female under the age of 18 and communicated with 39 individuals to engage in a sexual act for the exchange of money. Wade Clifton Pfarr, 42 of Fargo, was arrested for patronizing a minor for commercial sexual activity (A Felony).
