On 07/13/2018 at 4:05 a.m., Fargo Officers were dispatched to Luther Ford, 3302 36 St S, in response to a burglary. An employee of Luther Ford responded to an alarm and saw a male running out of the building. Several Officers responded and were communicating over the radio to coordinate a perimeter. When officers arrived, one of them located the male, William Cole, 22 years old of Fargo, in the north side of the parking lot, hiding behind a vehicle. The officer went to make contact with him and Cole fled a short distance on foot before the officer caught up to him. Cole was found to be in possession of keys which he took from inside the building as well as some other random keys.
Cole was arrested for Burglary and transported to the Cass County Jail.
